Why do people make it their mission to proselytize their beliefs & then get upset when you do not change yours?

I just want to know why they refuse to listen to me when I point out that proselytising on my property is violating guestright, and may result in the obliteration of their soul, so I don't wish it done on my property. How hard is that? Why should I let their beliefs trump mine?
