How to make my stummy look nicer with ouy losing my ?

k so im 16 and i weght 150 and im 5 foot 3 so i have a problem i dont know what i can do to lose the wiegh or make my stummy look nice with ouy losing my s cuz i have double d and i love them! i have tried alot of differnt things but nothing seems to help!
