What is wronmg with me?

I've been sick for a bit over 2 weeks now and I'm really really tired of being sick. It started out as just general lethargy and muscle pain, then it morphed into flu like conditons. I was running outrageuous fevers and the next minute I would get chills. I also had the general stuffiness, congestion, runny nose, sore throat adn that kind of thing. The second week I started to have extreme nausea and vomiting. I haven't been able to actually digest anything for over a week now. I actually thought I was getting better and then started vomiting again. I don't have any idea what's wrong ,but I really want this to be over. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. I was there last week , but they didn't help. I was tested for the flu, strep, and mono. They all came up negative.
