I hate how I look, but nobody ever understands how I feel, so is it better to fake it?

Dude, no one cares how you feel. They only care about how THEY feel. You gotta man up and keep it to yourself. It certainly won't get you points to tell your feelings when noone wants to hear it. Put your feelings aside and just get on with the things you need to do. Best I got buddy.
