Ever date or marry a sociopath and live to talk about it?

For my whole life or since I experienced abuse first hand at a young age, I have been empathetic to women who were battered or abused on any level, and children, but I had no Idea how many men were victims until a recent experience led me to do research. There are many social reasons men come forward much less then women about being battered or belittled. This is perhaps why it is even more frequent a male is abused by a female then a female by a male, however it's a small fraction more, and really almost split right down the middle. I would like feed back about personal experience. If you know of resources for men please share, I've looked all over Washington and found the whole thing very ist, all resources and laws are in women's favor, and there is no help for a man that I have yet found who is being abused in the worst imaginable ways. What has your experience been?
