I cheat and use frozen bananas. Here's the recipe for 2 of them. First take two VERY ripe banana, peel, and freeze for at least 24 hours. Then blender them up with 2 oz rum, 2oz pinapple juice, and 2 oz coconut milk. YUM! An alternative is to skip the coconut milk and and regular rum and blend the bananas with 3 oz Malibu flavored rum and 3 oz pineapple juice. True, this is not a "clic" pina colada -- it's even better.
