I own a tiffany and co choker which i got 2 christmas's ago!?

its a double heart choker with a t bar fastenin. Tiffany and co engraved on both hearts and th circle includin 925 engraved on both hearts! i cant find this anywhere else not knowin wither its old stock or fake! an x boyfriend gave me it and im seein if anyone could tell me do u get this choker anywhere is it real?
