I want to find a professional mentor that can help me with hip hop/rap lyrics?

I need a person that understands the elements of hip hop and knows how put lyrics together, has rhythm and has good delivery and knows multi syllables, to help me have better flow and increase my lyrical ability and wordplay. I have been rhyming for a a couple of months and i have some songs done, but i want someone to help make my songs more creative. Someone who is very skilled in the area!
