What kind of shirt is that under the pea coat?

It looks like the type of shirt that you can have the ons oned (to create the turtleneck like look you see in the picture) or unoned to create a collared look similar to the pea coat's collar. I'm sorry I can't give you a brand or style name but I have seen shirts like that.
