What exciting and safe chemistry experiments can be done with the following available chemicals?

You could mix nitric acid (HNO3) and NaOH (sodium hydroxide) to make water and sodium nitrate. Depending on the temperature and concentration of the solution, You could get an unsaturated solution, a saturated solution, or a super saturated solution. Some of the sodium nitrate might precipitate. You could use methanol, Vodka, and/or acetone to lower the freezing point of water. You could also mix Vodka and mountain dew and call it antifreeze. Enjoy! Don't mess with detergent. You could mix NaOH with HCl to get water and NaCl. Don't mess with lead at all!!
