Were is my Tax Re-Fund ?

The person e-file online the irs sent the funds to hr/block the check should hv went to my B/ Account but it didn't... i reported it to the IRS Back In March 2009 they put a trace and found out it went to some BFA Account in some other state i hv no clue who's this account belongs too i call the bank to let them know what happened they told me their is nothing they can do to call the irs back and let them do a re track i did that..... but the irs is telling me they cant do anything to call HR BLOCK i did that.... HR/BLOCK gave me the same bull it's not there fault..... to find the person who did the taxes guess !!!what he's no were to be found..... i do have his name and the company he worked for which i happened to wk for the company the same year.... yes i call that company isn't he their NOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....... So im asking who would hv any advise in this matter i know i should mk a police report in re: to the person who file my tax return ... so the question ?? is who's at fault .. i don't have an account at BFA... i think they should have check my S/S.. and name before depositing the funds into that account to match it up ... so what's up wt that picture ....how could a bank deposit a check in your name into some else account........and then tell you they cant do anything about it ......
