Wanted to know which brand of upholstery is durable , soil resistant and easy to maintain?

Not sure I understand your question. Are you comparing 2 specific brands? The question is too general to answer as it stands. Are you using the upholstered item for an inside our outside application? I don't think brand names will help you because not all manufacturers use the same brand. Figure out what you want, then ask if anyone is familiar with the brands and if they'd recommend.
