i found 2 bumps on the back on my neck neer my hair line they look like a mosqito bite but they rnt itch. what is this does it have 2 do with swine flu? and my mom just found this on her neck and so did by dad but he only has 1 bump. oh and a lady at my church has like red arount there 2? so what it this
