Okay two questions about a uti?

Yeah I'm asking a lot about these but I'm really tired of hearing GO TO THE DOCTOR!! I'm poor. Seriously effing poor. I have 0 cents 0 dollars. So please don't answer saying go to the doctor. I'm going to explain about the uti. As of now it doesn't hurt to pee and if it decided to its ABOUT a 2 on the ow scale and while I'm on the toilet the last couple drops make a itty bitty tinyy cloud that doesn't stay it just kinda poofs away. My urine has no smell to it and its clear as the water. Is there anything i can do to make it go away. I've heard that it does sometimes tend to go away on its own. Second question is can i have ?
