My puppy I just got 2 weeks ago wont stop Throwing up!>!>! Help??

I got a little black lab two weeks ago. He is 15 weeks old, and has a heart condition. His heart condition would not cause him to keep vomiting out Green and orange liquids, (uncontrollably), but I don't know whats causing it. I know I should go to a vet, but there are no local ones near my home. I need help because even though I love Hooper, I want the vomiting to stop NOW. Any ways to help him feel better??!?!!?!?!! Please help Hooper!
