Is my testosterone is high?

hi my name is akansha jain 20 years old i have testosterone problem and my testosterone level is 85ng/dl but last year my level was 110 ng/dl i never miss my periods my periods are regular but the amount of blood reduces during period when i doesn,t have the problem of testosterone my periods comes 4 days properly.I had lots of hair on my face when i was just 17 or 18 years old but i choose laser treatment for it i took 15 sittings now my face is clean now hair growth reduces and no cyst was seen in my ovary after ultra sound , i have pimples problem since last when i was of 14years but for last 2 years my pimples are increasing and scars are appearing on my face my weight is 64 kg i am suffering from white discharge and my hairs are falling very much i also have dandruff and and my scalp is very oily.my biggest problem is sometimes ual urges arise in my body i feel strongely for and after this feeling some white liquid comes out and i feel very uncomfortable pls tell me is my testosterone is high or is testostrone affect pregnancy.
