An infertile couple has moved in next to me. How can I keep them from ruining the sanctity of my marriage?

An infertile couple (man and a woman) have moved next to me. They recently told me that they are not able to have children, despite numerous attempts. Since the Bible says that married couples should procreate (and indeed, that's one of the reasons for marriage) I have become quite worried about this. Having this childless couple so close to me is ruining the sanctity of my own marriage and I've asked my wife to join me in couples therapy so we can deal with this issue head on. I'm not sure my wife will want to do this. Religiously speaking, what should I do?
