Illegal Immigration "us and them" mentality?

Went to the grocery store the other day. Kellog's was offering a free kitchen towel with a coupon. I guess it was if you bought something, you get the towel. I wouldn't know because the coupon was in Spanish. The towel had a Spanish phrase on it. I looked around for the English version of this towel. They did not have it. Anyway, my point is, when companies do stuff like this, they create a separation. If we don't encourage people to learn English, then we still live in separate communities (which we do - this was in a primarily Hispanic neighborhood, but caucasians shop there, too)! So we aren't offered the towel? I thought it was cute, the colors matched my kitchen. I wanted one! If we are all supposed to get along and if we want to wipe out racism, shouldn't we take steps toward helping people imilate? I would not expect a shampoo bottle to be in English if I went to Germany. I would very quickly learn the German word for shampoo. I just don't think we are helping the cause by coddling people this way. I think it harms all the races.
