I want him to be in love with me! ?

i've known him since grade 8 (6years ago now i'm 19) and i had the hugest crush on him back in school. then he changed schools and got a girlfriend who was, according to him, the next best thing after me because at that time i didn't date. when i turned 18, i met someone and we dated for 10 months. during that period, he got jealous and broke up with his girlfriend and admitted how he feels about me. i didn't give tis confession much consideration becuase i'm not the type that gets stuck in love triangles. but now that my ex and i broke up, all those feelings i've buried towards him are coming back. luckily for me, HE GOT ANOTHER GIRLFRIEND!!!!! AHHHH!!! i can't take it anymore we've been going in circles for the last 6 years! i hate him! this is all his fault. he remembered to admit his undying love only when i was in a committed relationship, now that i'm single he forgets about his feelings! and he keeps sending me weird signals, like last time he spent me a message saying i'm in love with u. and then he said it was meant for my girlfriend. what can i do?!
