It has to many cards and no strategy. You also have a lot of high level monsters that are hard to summon. Remember, you should only have about 20 monsters, 15 spells, and 5 traps. Take out cards that you think don't help you. You have Royal Decree but then you have 13 traps? You have good cards but it looks like you crammed them all into one deck. Try adding cards that support each other.
