How do I get both my Rotary and Fixed Wing aircraft pilot's license?

I have been saving up since I was about 12 just for this. Now I'm 18 and have a good amount of money to spend to take some time off and and get both my licsning. Now, I was looking into the SRT Heli School in California, http://www.srthelo.com, which seems good on the fact that they have a program in which I can earn both at the same school and do all my hours there. But a little advise can't help. Also, I would like to do the schooling either in the US or Canada. I speak fluent German and Dutch from my family, but I've read that not only is doing that in Europe risky since it may not come back to the US, and it's way over priced.
