Anyone living in Spokane, Wa?!?

My new husband and I will be moving to Spokane, Wa at the begnning of August. We have only been there once. And, we are trying to decide on our living situation...We are looking at apartments and condos/townhouses. We are only looking in South Hill because the couple people we talked to there said that was a nice place to live. Got any suggestions as far as neighborhoods?
