Anyone know any dog-friendly hotels in Melbourne?

She'll be in quarantine for the first month, and then I want to travel Oz with her for a few months before settling somewhere. Some specific places (in no particular order) include Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Alice Springs, Darwin and Sydney. None of the hostels I've searched for offer info on pets without needing individual emails, and no one's getting back to me. Help?
