Any Hair advice Pleaseeeee ?

So what happened is over the summer i put lemon stuff in my hair and it turned my hair like a redish blonde. I natrually have dirty blonde hair and i use to have REALLY blonde hair. So i let it grow out and now my roots are really brown! I hate it. So what color should i go, brunette or blonde? Oh and I have mediam green eyes with flecks of teal. I am pretty pale and i am pretty skiny. Thank you!
