Animes like School Days, Zombie Loan or Ghost Hunt?

Well there are about 3 new summer anime that kind of fit into the "horror" theme: Highschool of the Dead (violent and ecchi, dont know how it compares to elfen lied though since i havent seen that), Occult Academy, and Shiki....have fun!!!
